If a package is refused, you must notify Customer Service so the package may be tracked back to the warehouse and a credit may be issued. Customer is responsible for freight charges on a refused package as well as a 20% restocking fee on any refused packages. Once package is returned to the warehouse, you will receive your credit.
If a package is lost, damaged, or delivered to wrong address by carrier, you must notify Customer Service so a claim will be put through with the carrier. Claims usually take 2 to 4 weeks to process. Once the carrier acknowledges the claim you will receive your credit. All claims must be made within 2 days of receipt.
If an express package is not shipped within the guaranteed time you must call Customer Service. They will put a claim through with the carrier. Once the claim is processed and cleared by the carrier you will receive your credit. The carrier guarantees packages with the following exemptions: Acts of God such as dense fog, blizzards, ice storms, or anything that the carrier has no control of. Delivery times: Standard Overnight 3:30 Business, 4:30 Residential, Priority 10:30 AM Business and 12:00 PM Residential, Fed Ex 2-day Guaranteed in 2 Business days before 4:30 Business 7:00 Residential. All claims must be made within 2 days of receipt.
A $25.00 fee applies to all returned checks/NSF.

In the event a product(s) is listed at an incorrect stock or price due to a typographical error, error in pricing information received from our suppliers or a ending of a rebate, NC Office Solutions Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product(s) listed at the incorrect price. NC Office Solutions Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, NC Office Solutions Inc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
